Toni Bryant is the visionary Founder and CEO of M.E.N.T.O.R.S., Inc., where she leads five interim housing re-entry facilities with a team of 54 staff and volunteers and an annual budget of about USD 5 million. Her career spans decades of work in homelessness services, re-entry programs, and community development, partnering with government agencies and nonprofits to create life-changing opportunities for vulnerable populations.
As CEO of Serene Shelter & Care Charity Foundation in Nigeria, Toni is committed to strengthening families through entrepreneurship and micro-investing, offering housing, rehabilitation, and support services to empower individuals and communities to thrive.

Born from the heart of Adrienne Nkem Rose’s lifelong commitment to transformation and empowerment, Serene Care Foundation is a safe haven for the underserved — a space where brokenness meets hope, and where potential is nurtured back to life. Adrienne’s journey — once defined by giving to others while neglecting her own needs — led to a profound awakening: true wellness and progress must include everyone, especially those society too often overlooks. In healing herself, she found clarity, and in that clarity, a call to heal others — not just emotionally, but structurally, socially, and systemically.
Serene Care Foundation was born out of this realization — a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting the less privileged through access to shelter, technology education, and personal reintegration. We believe that every human being, regardless of their past or present condition, carries within them the power to rise, to learn, and to contribute meaningfully to society.
Our Core Programs

—AI & Digital Literacy Training
Serene Care introduces underserved individuals to the exciting world of technology by teaching them how Artificial Intelligence works, how to use digital tools productively, and how to write basic code—all while encouraging ethical, responsible tech use.

—Vocational and Soft Skill Training
This program equips participants with hands-on creative skills like tailoring, hairdressing, and beadwork, while also helping them build confidence through personal development, communication, and job-readiness workshops.

— Temporary Accommodation
The Foundation offers safe transitional housing to those experiencing homelessness, creating a nurturing environment where individuals and families can recover, rebuild, and prepare to reintegrate into society with dignity.

Mental and emotional wellness are supported through access to therapy sessions, group healing meetings, and substance abuse counseling for those in need, helping each person find strength and stability within

Even basic hygiene is an act of compassion; this program provides mobile showers, sanitation kits, and clothing drives to ensure that those living in vulnerable conditions can stay clean and feel cared for.
