Toni Bryant

Founder & CEO, M.E.N.T.O.R.S., Inc. | CEO, Serene Shelter & Care Charity Foundation.

Toni Bryant is the visionary Founder and CEO of M.E.N.T.O.R.S., Inc., where she leads five interim housing re-entry facilities with a team of 54 staff and volunteers and an annual budget of about USD 5 million. Her career spans decades of work in homelessness services, re-entry programs, and community development, partnering with government agencies and nonprofits to create life-changing opportunities for vulnerable populations.

As CEO of Serene Shelter & Care Charity Foundation in Nigeria, Toni is committed to strengthening families through entrepreneurship and micro-investing, offering housing, rehabilitation, and support services to empower individuals and communities to thrive.

Our Approach

Our Story

Serene Care Foundation was born from Adrienne Nkem Rose’s personal journey of transformation. Once defined by giving to others while neglecting herself, Adrienne discovered that true progress must include everyone — especially those society too often overlooks. In healing herself, she found clarity and a calling: to create a safe haven where brokenness meets hope and potential is restored.
From this awakening, Serene Care Foundation emerged — a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the less privileged through shelter, technology education, and reintegration. We believe transformation is sacred, beauty is found in potential, and setbacks can become set‑ups for greatness. Today, Serene Care Foundation stands as a sanctuary of second chances, guiding individuals back to wholeness with compassion, technology, and care.
